OUR TEAM
PNW Outdoor Women is a labor of love. Purely volunteer-based, our team consists of local women who graciously share their time and energy to make things work. We are united by a shared passion for the outdoors and creating space so more women can get outside. We have also had the distinct pleasure of working with other organizations and local businesses to bring our events to life and couldn’t do this without all of you.

OUR FOUNDERS
Amanda Lipke
Amanda is an outdoor-loving mom of three who relocated to the PNW, fell hard for the mountains, and never looked back. When she’s not adventuring with her family, she serves clients as a postpartum doula and craniosacral fascial therapy specialist—bringing the same grounded, nurturing energy to her work that she brings to life outside.
JJ Pedigo
JJ is an alpinist, artist, and mom of two with a deep love for wild places. Whether she’s chasing summits, tending her impressively abundant garden, or soaking up time outdoors with her family, she’s most at home outside. When she’s indoors, she channels her creativity into client projects and designing custom hand-sewn goods for her company.
Meghan Young
Meghan is an outdoor enthusiast and self-proclaimed “student of many outdoor sports, master of none.” She’s happiest on a trail with family and friends—ideally en route to a summit or an alpine lake, snacks in hand. When she’s not outside, she’s behind the lens, capturing light, movement, and adventure for her clients.
